Terms and conditions 

All course bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once full payment or the agreed deposit has been received.

By booking a course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• A deposit secures your place on the course and will be deducted from the total course fee.

• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed date may result in loss of your place and deposit.

Student cancellations:

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

• Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

• Non-attendance or failure to complete the course does not entitle you to a refund.

Academy cancellations:

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If we cancel the course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

• Course content is correct at the time of publication, but may be updated to reflect industry standards.

• Certificates are issued only upon satisfactory attendance and completion of course requirements.

• Certification does not guarantee employment.

• Students may be required to bring models for practical assessments.

• Models must meet course requirements (details will be provided in advance).

• The academy is not responsible for model no-shows.

• Students must follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.

• The academy reserves the right to refuse training or remove a student if safe practice standards are not met.

• Students must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.

Students are responsible for arranging their own professional insurance once qualified.

Insurance is not provided as part of training unless stated otherwise.

All training materials, manuals, videos, and course content remain the property of the academy.
They must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

• We expect all students to behave professionally and respectfully.

• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

• The academy is not liable for loss, damage, or personal injury unless caused by negligence.

• Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the student’s own risk.

Personal information will be used only for administration, certification, and communication purposes, in line with data protection laws.

The academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published and apply to future bookings.
